This handsome, German built steel classic is about halfway through an extensive renovation. $75,000 already invested and estimate another $50,000 more or less - required to completion, depending on the level of finish and equipment. Professional restoration interrupted by health issues forces this sale. A lot of boat and equipment for the money (see power train included in specs) with good potential return on investment because of the designer builder pedigree, and the work done to date. Designed by John G. Alden, built by Abeking & Rasmussen in Bremen, Germany 1951. 44'7" x 32'9" x 11'9" x 5'5". Displacement approx. 30,000lbs, sail area 1000 sq. ft. See book "John G.
